Remuneration committee

The members of Artimplant´s Remuneration committee are Ingemar Kihlström and Wenche Rolfsen Sandsborg.

Audit committee

The members of Artimplant´s Audit committee are Lennart Ribohn and Mats Lindquist from the Board of Directors. Artimplant's auditor Ernst & Young and the CFO of Artimplant normally participate in the audit committee meetings.
