Class A shares are not listed on the stock exchange, but can be converted into Class B shares. No Class A shares were converted into Class B shares in 2009. Class A and Class B shares carry equal rights to the Company’s assets and profits. Class A shares carry 10 votes and Class B shares carry 1 vote.
